Refund policy

If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please contact us using the contact form with your name, order number and reason for return / exchange.

All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days from delivery of your order. Provided they are unused and in their original condition. 

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us.
• Exchange Shipping: If you request an exchange, you’ll also need to cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
